Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Deposit Full payment is required to secure your date. Date is not booked until payment is received and rental contract is signed. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to receive a partial refund (50%). Events canceled within 7 days of the event date are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 5 days before the original date. Rescheduling requests within 5 days will be subject to a 25% rebooking fee. 3. Setup & Cleanup Rental time includes setup and breakdown. Additional time will be charged if exceeded. Renters must return the space to its original condition. A cleaning fee of $100 will be applied if the space is left in poor condition. 4. Damage & Liability Renters are responsible for any damage to studio property. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Events involving food, drinks, or high-traffic retail must have proper vendor insurance. 5. Studio Use Rules No open flames, smoking, or illegal substances. Music must be kept at a reasonable volume. The studio reserves the right to refuse bookings that do not align with our values or policies. 6. Additional Fees Overtime Fee: $50 per 15 minutes after agreed rental time. Cleaning Fee: $100 if excessive mess/damage occurs. 7. Confirmation & Agreement By submitting this form and making a deposit, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
