What is included in the rental?
Our studio includes a variety of backdrops, lighting equipment, and a comfortable client waiting area. We also offer a range of props and accessories available for rent, depending on your needs. If you have specific equipment requirements, let us know, and we can help accommodate them.
What is the cancellation policy?
We require a 7-day notice for cancellations. If you cancel within 7 days of your reservation, you will be charged a cancellation fee of [25%] of your total booking cost. If you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation, you will be charged a cancellation fee of [50%] of your total booking cost.
Is there parking?
There is free street parking, parking lots, and a parking garage nearby.
Can I bring my own equipment?
Absolutely! You are welcome to bring your own equipment. If you require anything specific, such as additional lighting or cameras, please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
How do I book the studio?
You can easily book the studio through our online booking system on the website. Simply choose your desired date and time, review the available equipment options, and submit your payment. If you have any questions or special requests, you can also contact us directly.
What are the studio hours?
Our studio is available for booking seven days a week. Our standard hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, but we can accommodate extended hours upon request, subject to availability.
Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?
Yes, we offer discounted rates for extended/ multi day bookings. Please reach out to us to discuss your needs, and we’ll be happy to provide a custom quote.

Do you provide assistance with setting up the studio?
We provide basic assistance with equipment setup, such as adjusting lights and backdrops. If you need additional help or have specific requests, please let us know when you book.

Payment is processed online at the time of booking and a non refundable deposit may be required to secure your reservation for full or multi day reservations.
Can I extend my booking on the day of the shoot?
If the studio is available, we’re happy to extend your booking. We recommend confirming availability in advance to avoid any scheduling conflicts.
